What you'll need:
Daisy Clip
12cm Balloons
Hand Pump
- 260q Balloon (optional add-on)
Steps:
1. Blow up 6 x 12cm Balloons with Hand Pump
2. Attach Balloons to Daisy Clip
Extra Optional Steps to attach to Garland:
3. Tie a 260q balloon to the back of a Daisy Clip. Secure it to a balloon neck and make a loop.
4. Use that loop to now go around a balloon in your garland.
